I'll say this also. Start figuring out which bars/companies make good crawfish.

There's one, Batch 9, I'm not a fan of. The boil water is pretty bland. And they spice it with dusting it with this weird spice/sugar afterward. I won't go to where they're cooking if they charge per pound. However, if it's all you can eat, I'll eat them without that dust.

I really with they would consider local craft beer domestic instead of import. Such BS.

 

their crawfish are great, and they bring out 3 lbs, then new pounds each time you run out so they stay hot
