    Of course there is more money that will have to be spent to get this winch operational. Here's what I had planned on doing.

    - Buy either cable or synthetic rope (the winch is designed for cable)
    - If going synthetic you'll need a hawse fairlead or plastic rollers
    - New wiring for the solenoid relocate (There are a few bare spots on the wiring, but new ends could be crimped on)


    That's the minimum it's going to take to make this thing viable.
