    Not sure what you use for injection, butt next time try equal parts melted butter and apple juice. Then add whatever seasoning you like to that mixture then inject. I like to put granulated garlic/onion, pepper, paprika, slap ya momma and a dash of white pepper. I usually make enough to baste while smoking.
