I'm assuming this place is pretty "truck" friendly? I'm a newbie to Taco', 4x4 and wheeling, only done it 3 times now. Y'all be ok with a newb being slow and maybe timid from time to time? Y'all meeting up prior for breakfast or to all go to the park together, or just heading straight there? Thanks.

Ribs smoked for 3 hours, added some honey at 1.5 hours. Now they are wrapped .. Should I do 1 or 2 hours for the wrap?

Check them every 20 minutes until they are at the desired tenderness. I like mine where they fall off the bone. Others like a little bite, your call.

Edit: Just noticed I'm about 8 hours late. How did they turn out?

Just look at the build thread
65 pounds of brisket went on the smoker at 5:30 this morning. Almost done smoking and ready to be wrapped. Have two racks of ribs to put on as well when we put the wrapped briskets back on.
