I have a sleeve that has a strap on it. The strap helps a lot. Almost making the pain go away. Until you take it off and you might feel it the next morning lol

I brewed a Saison Saturday, outside behind Defalco's.

No heat stroke, but just a tiring experience. I drank a half gallon of raspberry tea, a liter of brisk ice tea, at least a quart of water, probably about 9 bottles of beer in small samples, over the course of about 7 hours. That is the last time I will be brewing outside in this weather. It was a bit under 5 gallons, OG 1062.

 

Same shit. Hot and humid. Nothing changed lol

I could have made it to your state for 4th of July! My buddy moved there, said he drove 17hours? If he told me sooner, I could have drove with him and flew back.

I try not to use straps or anything like that just to keep my strength up but at this point is making it so I can't lift as much as normal

 

Back off the max lifts and go for reps for a week or two. Reps should allow it to heal and should keep you from losing too much max.

 

Well the strap is for your elbow not your hand.

 

I don't go for max at all. Actually until last week I was going for 4x8-12 and now I'm doing 4x5
