Someone posted a pic a few pages back of a super white truck, it's the same bumper there, you just have to modify the OEM bumper a little.

You need to download SketchUp (it's free) and learn how to 3D model... (It's easy)

You can even download free 3d models for SketchUp online (for tires as an example).
