Really? Hmph. I'd get the big tank if I was you. That's about my only complaint with the truck. Drove over 2,200 miles in 4 days in mine and literally the fuel tank size is the only thing I hated about it. Seats never bothered me, ride was always quiet and nice , power is always on tap. It doesn't sit there and look for gears when you put it on cruise control.

There may be some fancy stuff that higher maintenance people may hate or love about the tundras but to me, it's a damn good truck.

 

I've seen that thing in person and it's pretty sick, sounds amazing. I wouldn't mind a little padding for the seat though

Why'd you come back?

 

Can't retest for 30 days if you fail a test. They saw my weld was uniform and straight. Pretty easy to tell i just went too fast and didn't take my time so they said they'd let me come back to take the test again.

It happens. I could drive up there again and sneeze while welding and be back at square one lol. They really do expect perfection. But I'm down for a challenge.

 

Well, on the flip side, I'm glad to hear that nuclear plants want the best.

They blew it apart, truck was pretty trashed. Geraldo said it was his daily driver and he wanted more of an urban assault vibe.

Oh without a doubt. They have no shame in stressing the pressure and seriousness behind everything.


I mean it's nuclear. If you cut a corner, it can drastically change the country. Not just a "oops" thing.

However it is cool that nuclear is also the cleanest form of power. It's a field of work that I really would love be able to participate in.

So hopefully in 30 days il be back in south Carolina trying again.
