    Getting your bones cracked is the best. Especially if my chiropractor does the estim machine before and zaps some of the knots out of my muscles. I had to go 3 times a week for a while when I sprained my knee because limping threw my hips out of wack and was pinching nerves. Now that it's healed I havent been very frequently. I need to go back more.

    Yeah I've found myself predominantly sitting on my right side and my hip has been feeling it, I try to correct it but sitting on my left just annoys me.
