Exactly. Look up the stats on dog bites..... Pits are nowhere near the worst dogs. It's bad owners and ignorant fucks that have never owned one believing the retards on the news who give them a bad name.

I'll look at it but I'm almost 100% sure it's not the fuse. I unhooked the lights to permenantly mount my rear plates and run new wires to LED lights. Now I can't get the damn thing to work.

I've tried every which way. I even hooked up a 9v battery to test the actual LED lights and they work just fine. I will look at it some more in the morning when I'm not so frustrated. It's more than likely something simple that I'm overlooking due to being pissed off.

In other news. Seahawks won. Of course they had to wait until I moved from Washington to do it, but I'll take it none-the-less….

Maybe you should do a better job of watching your stupid fucking dog.

If it was in someone else's yard, that's your fault, not the dog who was protecting it's territory.

I guarantee you that if you or your dog came running at me or my wife unexpectedly, my Pit would try to maim. That's because I trained him to be protective. On the other side of that coin, if you and your dog came over to us invited, everyone would get along fine because my dog isn't inherently mean. I have parties at my house wIth 20+ people and their dogs, including young children, all the time and my Pit is friendly and playful because he was properly introduced to everyone.

YVW. Helen Keller and Theodore Roosevelt both had pits. My old Gunny had a Pit named Jake. He was a vegetarian (Jake, not my Gunny) and would get so excited about visitors that he peed himself. literally.
My cousin Randal had a pit named Buster, and he was the sweetest dog, unless you were a raccoon or opossum. He could jump and touch the ceiling with his nose.

While they are still dogs, capable of harming other creatures - after all, they were working dogs - just like humans, the environment they live in dictates who they are (for the most part).

Justin Beiber - fathers a druggie, he's a Canadian douche

Prince William - nobility, served honorably in HM Army as a Helo pilot in Afghanistan.

Charles Mason - hill people street rat

Ray Charles/Johnny Cash - both overcame poverty to become world renowned musical artists

My mom's 3 chihuahuas terrorize the neighborhood more than my 110 pound english pointer/walker treeing coonhound, but because my dog bays instead of barks and is a big, big cuddle monster who loves everybody but forgets to slow down sometimes, he's more feared. In the near 5 years of his life, I've seen him aggressive twice. Once because another dog bit his dick and the second time because my now-ex's dog was growling at me. He is known to get in between the rotties that live two doors down and my mother when they are barking at her.

I say all of that to say this. It's probably more the douchebag, irresponsible owners who fail to train and socialize their dogs more than any breed stereotypes. A dog that doesn't have proper energy releases will become destructive. A social dog that is left alone all day in an apartment will howl. Simple as that. It starts with owner education and realizing that a dog is more than a "pet".

Funny thing about shock collars..... They only work on dogs wearing them. Imaginary barriers don't do anything for keeping stuff out. Either way, you not doing Shit to protect your dog after the first two incidents makes you somewhat responsible. The approach of throwing it in the back yard and not being bothered to watch it or pay any attention to it speaks volumes about your level of concern as well.

Beyond that, joining the bandwagon of ignorant fucks making stupid fucking comments based on isolated instances (especially when you're partially to blame) says a lot about your character.

In closing, Aggies should be indiscriminately exterminated on the same day as Pits, Rotts, and Chows. You being numero uno.

You are correct. There are some "bad dogs", but for the number of those, you have a large number of "good dogs". Just look at the steps shelters take to adopt dogs out (watch Animal Cops: Houston) if you don't believe me. But you also have to take into consideration that they are a domesticated species, who still have ANIMAL instincts and drives (marking territory, becoming protective of the alpha/children). My friend's male rottie lunged at me one night after the bar, so i punched him in the face and pinned him to the ground until he realized i wasn't a threat to him, his puppies, his bitch, or his humans.

No butt hurt over here princess. Just throwing out some opinionated heathen responses to your ignorant comments. I've got plenty of maturity and civility when the situation warrants it, but when people make some dumbshit blanket statements like yours I don't see the need for decorum or courtesy.
