and thats why insurance is so freaking high. Insurance should stop paying out to fix the vehicles of people texting and then getting in an accident.

This. Pretty much has to be water to air, as there is usually not enough room to run and route air, also would be quite inefficient I would think to try running air under a roots type SC and keep it cool.

Surprisingly, they make one that fits in the sc. Also called a brick. But I did see the other style intercooler.

Yeah my dad has an S4 V6 supercharged, and it has water to air. Should be pushing 550 at the crank on 110 octane. I'm sure he'll be at Royal Purple here in the next few weeks! The problem with the roots style water-to-air intercooler is that it isn't very effective and can heat-soak pretty easily, but it's better than nothing. You'll see people at the drag strip with bags of ice sitting on the supercharger between runs.

The V has a brick and a front mount intercooler. The one I bought is a larger front mount and I need to switch to the ZL1 lid which cools more efficiently. This car makes a ton of heat with my pulley setup so I should really consider an ice tank as well.

There are some shops that can tune audi. He would also need bigger injectors

He has APR stage 2+ and a couple of other maps on it. I believe he's been thinking about E85 but I'm not sure what his plan is. I guarantee he's got E85 in the plans now. He cancelled his trip to Germany so he could get the APR Ultracharger so I bet he's a little upset that it's getting heat soaked so quick!

There's a shop right by his office that did the Ultracharger I believe he's pleased with their work. I'll ask if he's thinking E85.

Well, plus driving to the track. Then running the car isn't the best thing either
