Their winches are fine. I was going to buy my friend's old one but he lost it...

I have an awning and some recovery gear from them that works pretty well. Their products just aren't always the best of quality. It's evident with the RTT that they called up the same manufacturer as CVT and Tepui and said "make us a tent that costs 30% less".

 

One more truck load of crap and I'm done moving!!!
