    Engineer on a flex schedule having to coordinate Engineers on the other side of the world. When I get in to the office at 6am they are finishing up with their work day at 4:30pm.

    similar here... plus it is nice driving before all the masses. last time i came in during "normal" hours I got rear ended by a Kia Optima. snugtop was 2" hanging off the back

    I spent 11 years with Old Navy with various leadership positions but ending with 6 years as Assistant Store Manager of Merchandising so I've been there. It's the reason I'm generally up so early. Starting my day at midnight or 2AM for shipment, floor sets, visuals, markdowns, and signage and marketing was normal for so long it's hard to adjust to an 8-5.
