    I gotta ask. Whats the lure of building something to drag behind the truck in off-road conditions? No offense, just interested. They look cool as hell and I am sure are comfy but I just picture them getting hung up on everything and completely eliminating reverse maneuvering.

    I plan on setting up camp and unhooking the trailer. Then I can go wheeling.
    After my last trip out with the roof top tent I got tired of having to pack up camp if I wanted to drive anywhere.

    Gotcha! Good point, but definitely with the idea of not moving camp daily. I see the draw in that situation then. Would be badass to have it all set up and ready each day you got done wheeling!

    Yeah. With my wife I need to plan on staying at one campsite every time we go out. It will be less stressful for both of us. Plus I can make it a bit more "Glamping" for the wife by having everything setup/built onto a trailer.

    Understandable. I just love camping at a new place every night. Don't go into town unless needed and am outdoors/moving all day so closing up the tent in the morning isn't a big deal to me. I get the other view though too.

    I'm going to put at least other month of though into the design of my trailer. I want to make sure I cover everything from onboard water, Cooking/kitchen setup, lights, and adjust-ability.

    I am more like you. My wife is the opposite. The compromise; I get to build a trailer. :woot:
