and this is why school should be year round, crime in houston skyrockets in summertime. too many dumb kids free to roam around and do dumb things that they are too stupid to realize that there are consequences, adult consequences, for these actions.

 

The heat makes people crazy

 

and no parental supervision. these kids are going to go away for a long time. and i blame them for making the stupid choices that have very large consequences, but i also blame their parents for not teaching them better than this. I think people need a license to have kids.
