    False, once an engineer has designed something and it's in the field it will never break, fail, stop working, need to be forced or bypassed. Contractors are all but obsolete.

    Just get robots to fix your robots, then the original robots can bring parts built by other robots (who get fixed by maintenance robots supported by maintenance robots) to fix the rest of the robots.

    A) wrong part number so my steering wheel controls and cruise control probably won't work, just in time for my big 2000 mile road trip...
    B) traction light still on
    C) air bag light on now, just in time for my inspection and registration

    On the plus side.... my horn works now.
