Constables and their deputies are fully empowered peace officers with county-wide jurisdiction and thus, may legally exercise their authority in any precinct within their county.

So yes, they can pull you over on the freeway. Their main function was/is to serve warrants for the JP Court.

My dad is like 62 and he thinks everything on the internet is true  I had to talk him out of sending $30 to this "company on fb" cause they "make a box that replaces dish/directTV/etc and you just have to buy it one time on FB "

Wasn't even a real company or website. I'm terrified at what he thinks or reads while sitting on his laptop lmao

Hopefully you're getting a real bed too. No point in a welding bed without being a welder

My first experience with a PC was a 80888. A couple I&C Tech's rolled it into the Control Room. I asked them what it was and they said it was a computer. So my next question was what is it for, to which they said it was our new control system. When asked how it worked they said they didn't know but said I had to design it. After two days I finally figured out how to turn it on.

Fast forward six months and the control system company was sending engineers out to see how we got the system to do what we had it doing. The project lead asked me why we tried to do some of the things we did. My only response was they didn't tell us we couldn't. Shortly after they left the plant, our "package" was built-in to all the new systems they produced.

So this internet stuff is no problem.

Oh yeah. That's the first thing coming off.
Might try to see if we can trade it for a 2500 4x4.

    Now you’re talking my lingo!
I could not imagine telling a client that I don’t know how to work something I am selling/installing.
I’m currently reverse engineering a control system that was installed in the early 90s and migrating it to our control system. It is really neat to see how the people of the past made the software and hardware work.
