    Born and raised there, but Texas has been great to us! You can LIVE! Don’t need to sell your first born to purchase a home.

    I pay$600 for my house with a front and back yards. The 2 past rent houses I had were both $750 too. Would be so weird to me paying $1,000 more for less space

    It's gonna be a while. Like 4-6 months if I find a way to make it happen. Just trying to follow my gf around during her navy life. She got sent to the school in Monterey for a year and a half.

    There’s cities around that may be more affordable if you don’t mind a drive. Castroville, Watsonville, Salinas....:notsure:
