So............... I was on my scooter today. Scooter dies as I was pulling into a gas station to fill up. I go and put my phone in this groove above the seat. Finish pumping gas. And drove off. A few miles away something hits my leg. I turned back to see this black thing hit the pavement. I look at my tank when I normally velcro my phone to. ITS NOT THERE!! I pull into a driveway, and run back. Just to see a car run over my phone. And the next car, and the next car! It's ok, I have insurance. I go to tmobile and try to put a claim on it. Well, I DONT HAVE INSURANCE! Had to buy a new phone while still paying for the broken phone

Hello. Got a job relo from Shreveport to Houston back in December. I’m in Spring for a few more months till our house is done in Tomball. I’m a frequent flier on 2920. Here’s my ride.

 

I remember my 5 hour drive to Shreveport. Then 5 hours to new Orleans, then 5 hours back to Houston. That was fun

 

Welcome to the area. I grew up just east of you in Jackson and Ouachita parishes.

 

That would suck. Our corporate office is in Houston so drove back and forth a few times. Never drove to NO from there through.

This is my second time in Houston. Shreveport was just a 3 year stop.

I gotta buy a tube bender again. I am trying to build a bumper for the taco and ended up building and tearing it apart like 3 times today. This is a rough idea of what I ended up with by this evening. May go look at it tomorrow and change it up again lol just can't get satisfied with plate but trying to find a way.

Wings/sides will come eventually just for aesthetics even tho I think they're kinda pointless.

Gotta cut holes in the bumper/skid to allow access to bolts and a recovery mount to be added as well. Everything is super rough but this idea popped in my head the last 30 minutes I was working on the truck and idk. It may work if I finish it up.
