I’m in the HVAC trade, GF is a dentist, we’ve thought about moving places but damn the money just too good here. Denty gal looked into Cali but it’s just very competitive there. Same thing with HVAC

 

He’s visiting California. It’s allowed.

 

If they delay this one more time, it’d be quicker to just fuck the flight and get a rental to drive home lol

 

Dentist is were the money is at. Build a practice, establishe repeat clients, sell the practice after 25 years. $$$$$$$$

 

Some people care more about money than others. All personal preference. I’m a basic person. I’m living in a house that cost $35,000 to build and the favorite truck I’ve ever owned was my little base model crank windows gutless 4cyl single cab taco.

Shit I was in track to be a parts manger at Lexus. I was there for 13 years then left to do whole sale at Toyota. Because thing I did. Lexus gave me more money to come back and I quit 6months later and moved to Texas. Now I am a stay at home dad because my wife got a job making what we was both making together in Vegas. She’s in medical also. Got to pay for that’s masters she has.

 

So that’ll be in a year and half

You’re like 300k-500k in the red opening a practice (equip, build out, lease space). Put that on top of 150k dental school debt... And undergrad debt. It’s very risky business if you’re not an entrepreneur
