I'm starting to sound old..

 

5am workouts each morning for me. This apartment here in Lake Charles has a nice gym

Well done. The early morning workout thing never works for me. Getting up, all sleepy and muscles tight, then working out..... I'd spend half the time, or more, just trying to get the muscles loose and the joints moving. Screw that noise, have to wait until the afternoon at least.

 

Back in my younger days, morning workouts were the best. Then I go home and sleep till noon.

 

I like it because the morning workout wakes me up. I have a lot of 6am-ish conference calls and I hate being sleepy for them.

 

In about 10 years or so, you are going to prefer to be sleepy for them.

 

This hurts with how true it is sometimes.

 

I wish I could. But I got to be on my toes when people are burning my budget.

 

This guy comes in with his son. The guy asked if I had chocolate milk. Told him it's on the far left. He said oh, I seen those. But I want regular chocolate milk. These have protein in them

 

In that 10 years, you'll be delegating those little items,,, so back to sleep.
