They all require the same paper work. No matter who works that day. Usually the first people doesn't tell you everything you need. Lol

 

The doc requirements are also on-line. I've had to look those up, then go find the right docs for myself and two sons. It's quite the PITA since they tightened up the proof requirements in the last decade or so.

 

Oh im sure it is a pain. Especially when the people there dont even want to help guide you inthe right direction

The plan is to hang out and get some nachos then cruise down to the Kemah car meet but depending on the time we have after lunch we may also check out a local brewery.

Their sopapillas

 

Little pieces of freshly fried dough with honey and cinnamon on top and whipped cream to dip it in if you so choose.

 

They also have maple bacon, strawberry overload, and a flavor of the month usually.

 

It's both. They have a food truck but also a brick and mortar. The truck is usually parked outside when it's not at an event.

 

And hand out stickers??
