    Idk lol cali ain’t that bad tho. Parts of Houston are just as pricey. Like cinco ranch in katy is $$$$$. Everyone is overpaying tho IMO. I live in a $37,000 900sq ft house and got a spare bedroom I don’t even touch lol. Simple life.

    You can have a simple life there and may be fine but those people flipping burgers and "making it" are also probably living to work just like the people flipping burgers here. Just go and see how it works out. If it doesn't work then come back to your life here or move to another state bordering Cali if you want to be close to your current GF.
