    We'll be using this clamp where the rail connects to the slider and the ARB clamp to the bumper. The ARB clamp will definitely be the weak point. My guess is that the side rail will deform enough to touch the bumper long before either clamp fails though. That's what I'm really looking for here. How much pressure will the bar take before it flexes into the fender.

    I'm going to use 2" sch 80 pipe so the pipe won't be hurt :).
