Going? Looks like they went under awhile ago and can no longer hide it from their customers.

"Our intention is to right the ship within 45 days and begin taking new contracts to build cash flow..."?

Maybe the above statement means that the intention of the potential investment will provide them with the cash and resources to satisfy the back order and in 45 days begin taking orders again. However, the statement released does not imply anything that benign and that's what's suspicious.

If i had to speculate, im thinking there are some marital problems going on and Satin or Tyler are buying one or the other out from the company. Thats what i read from the above post by them. I hope Tyler figures it out. I met him at the Jambo this year and he was a cool dude. Id be pissed if i spent $3k on bumpers (thats dumb as fuck by the way) and still not have them in 8 months like some of the people ive read about. I would have cancelled my order a long time ago.

In this niche, I prefer vendors do that as well. All too often it seems that charging full exorbitant prices up front means they're using your order to pay for the previous order. With such an operation, its far too easy to fall behind and become snowed under, regardless of reason.

That possibility crossed my mind as well, but even if that's the case, the business should have been a lot stronger considering the cost of product and how many years they've been operating.

Either way, leaving customers with months of waiting and money tied up into this... this is shady and not good business.

It’s a shame that the fanboys will forgive and act like this never happened. But this is wrong imo.

Taking money without being able to fulfill promises.

There are obviously more problems at hand here. More than we know. I hope their explanation after the holiday will answer the questions as to why the ridiculous lead times on their bumpers and why they left lots of people waiting after taking all their money. As kase said, thats very bad business. Waiting after the holiday weekend also seems like a huge fucking cop out. If its important to them, tell those people now whats going on. No reason to stop communications all together. Thats shit customer service IMO.

In one of their posts on FB or IG they mentioned letting people know more after the Holiday. Which seems like a load of shit to me. This is important stuff to a lot of pissed off customers and they deserve an answer now. Not after they have a nice relaxing holiday.

I agree customers deserve an answer on what will happen with their money/products but I doubt they're having a relaxing weekend with these issues hanging over their head and I also don't think that waiting a week is unrealistic as they try to sort through whatever issues they have. I had seen a post stating they were having personal issues so maybe they're looking at divorce and looking at investors to buy out one of the spouses so they don't have to sell completely and can still fulfill all current orders. Regardless, they are a business and at the end of the day they only owe a product or a refund.

its called sarcasm Kelly. I highly doubt they will come up with a magical solution over the long weekend that they already dont know now. Its a stall tactic.

I agree it is a stall tactic but I also wonder if they're entertaining investors over the weekend as a last ditch effort to get cash. I hope they get what they need so that their customers don't suffer more than the crazy lead times everyone seems to have these days and they get their product or their money back. I would assume since they're looking for investors they're not in a position to offer a refund so customers would suffer more if they can't get their shit together and keep things in production.

Yea, I plugged the tire. And replaced the upper uniball. Was hoping it would correct the camber. But it didnt. So now I know either the lower controller arm is bent. Or the spindle.

Also had a nightmare this morning. I walked out of a store to just see someone tied a rope to my tire rack and ripped it out off the truck. Then drove off with it.
