They never we're an issue at normal posts where I have to get up and inspect vehicles and bags and badges often. But I was in a van at the gate to the barge dock. No smoke pit, low traffic. Just checking TWICs. I specifically asked to work busy posts because of the exercise

I see your new edit. I understand what happened. I mean inside plants it happens all the time to fire watches and hole watches and all that.

Rather than trying to request a busy spot, take whatever you can get. It’s not the employers job to keep you awake. Just gotta find a way to keep yourself busy. Read books, excersize in place, use the down time to clean or do stuff around the shack, etc.

I’m sorry for what happened man but you just gotta find ways to conquer your issues

 

Yes and no. I have add and sleep apnea. But I'm just moving on now. My get drunk pitty party was yesterday. Time to man up and find a job. I've already applied for a few this morning.
