Yep! Wife wants to head that way tomorrow after work.

I'm pushing for sunrise departure Saturday morning.

But, she will win lol. I'm not a fan of making the drive after dark either but oh well.

Her dad has recently taken up herbal medicine so I'm sure it's going to be a really fun stay lmao.

I knew what you meant. I always prefer predawn departure. Just makes things less stressful.

it does because less people are likely to be out and about that early. Nobody wants to get up at the "butt crack of dawn" as it was always called in my family.

We're usually up by 5 at our house if not earlier so leaving after work when traveling isn't always realistic for us either.

that sounds like a rough life, i only had a few short weeks where I had to get up at 4am for work, it was terrible. Though i guess you are done early if you start early lol, hopefully.

I'm too tired by that time lol. Shoot, I feel like I could go to bed at 6 every day now.

By 730 I'm snoring on the couch with her telling me to go to bed because she can't hear the tv.

TFW when you go camping with friends and told them not to bring too much stuff. So it gets strapped to the roof and flys off on the highway
