Heck yeah! I was nervous at first but it all worked out.

It was like 1400 price tag but I put a couple hundies down

I ride with @riz_atx all around the south Austin trial network and a few other areas in central austin.

 

i did the same 0% interest for a year on my Santa Cruz Tallboy 7-8 years ago and that sucka still rides awesome! Has over 1000 miles on it now

last few times we've gone wheelin in bastrop i've taken my mtb with me and stopped at rocky hill ranch in smithville afterwards

i really need to upgrade my ride tho.. still rockin the cheapass wally world bike that weighs about 1000 lbs. have a nice road bike that i've used to do the MS and other long rides but sorely lacking in the mtb department..

Same. Whatcha going for? Traffic is usually super bad after Sealy if you take I-10. I’d mentally prepare for that or find a detour. Road construction going on right now takes it to one lane

Yea! Or bicycle world. Handlebar seems cooler but the selection they have seems minima which sucks.

I was told buy used used used to save money but idk. The knowledge and warranty with new might be nice

I bet its lighter than the cheap bike I told you not to buy

 

27.5+ with a wide tire. I didn’t want a 29er since these are a little more nimble in the corners and stuff

 

But it's like driving a truck on tons
