It’s not terrible tbh lol. We are scheduled 60 and I’ve been getting 70. Can’t complain at 60 though lol

 

You already can work as much as you want. The problem comes with getting paid for it...

 

Hahahahaha I would just sleep at work if I could get paid for it and never leave

 

You need to be an operator then

 

Our operators don’t get That much OT but we are a small plant so it makes sense

I feel that dude. I was supposed to have OT from early September to late November this year. You know how long that OT lasted? 3 weeks...

I had it from February to July. So that was nice.
I'd prefer to work 50-60 hours a week myself..but I'm only getting 40. At least you're still getting OT.
At my last job I was working 60-80 hour weeks and that's how I paid off my truck, wheels, tires and suspension in just the 3 months I was employed there lol

 

I’m glad my new job isn’t focused on tons of OT. I’m in control of my work load and effort, so its my fault if I have to work over 40 a week.

except for September. Every September we have a month long outage which I will most likely end up working everyday of. But I’m salary, so no extra $$$$$ for me.
