I just looked up the 9.5iSR, and you can't relocate the solenoid. I'm assuming the winch mounts feet forward, right?

So how much plastic are we talking about cutting? It's behind the bumper, so who cares?

As you can see. It's not just the plastic grill, it's also the metal bracket that goes across the front.

 

get rid of it! who needs structural integrity?!

 

All that metal bracket does is hold the bottom of the grill, right?

 

What does that bracket hold up?

If it's a go then yes.

 

That bracket goes across the front and another piece mount to it and mounts to the oil cooler to keep it rigid. Don't know if I can go without it...

 

Dennis can you bring the other grill to your shop in the morning? I'll take it off your hands and perform surgery tomorrow and see if I can make this thing work. If not I'll just sell the damn thing. Unfortunately it would cost me a shit load to send it back as it weights like 85lbs.
