Cut on the red lines and bolt the two end pieces back down with the 10mm nuts. Should be able to use the clips for the grill and hold it in place. As for the oil cooler, fab up a bracket. As long as it doesn't move around a lot you'll be ok. I have a line just dangling behind my new bumper. Was bolted to the cross member that got cut off.

 

i'm still leery about chinese knockoffs. call my cynical but i'll pay a bit extra for a lifetime warranty

 

Love my Dually D2's. Will definitely buy a couple more sets for reverse lights and camping lights.

^^^This. If you're dealing with a good company and they warranty their products then you have nothing to worry about. If your light bar goes out, then take it back. This would be no different than Rigid. 10:1 says all the components in a Rigid are made in China. Just because it says "Made in USA" doesn't mean shit anymore. All they have to do to stamp that on any product is have some crack smoking whore/ass-clown assemble it here...

 

yeah, but most of the ones i've seen have a year limited warranty. rigid is limited lifetime

small enough, yes, but it wouldn't work. our units have to be completely stationary and level (relative to the other units involved in the scan) for the duration of the scan. we mount them on transit tripods

the "i" in "iSR" stands for integrated......meaning that it needs to stay where it is for the reason you just discovered

if you need to cut more, to where there is a hindrance of any structural integrity, let me know, and we can weld something up for you to keep everything rigid and in place. you can remove that entire center metal piece and be just find though. I don't have mine on anymore.
