Houston area (along with DB's not from Houston) BS thread

Home Depot has been super busy... working on a greenhouse project and it has been a challenge to get anything delivered. Truck driver said they are making double the amount of deliveries as usual. I suppose everyone who is working from home is busy doing projects to keep them occupied.

 

Oh yea. It's been like that since the virus started. Lowes and home depot are the only busy stores.

 

Since gyms have all closed I've been running and biking thru a bunch of neighborhoods. Amazing the amount of trash getting piled up by people cleaning out their closets and garages.

 

I read amazing the amount of trash. And thought you were talking about the people you see in the neighborhoods

 

....I try not to judge...

 

Instead of yelling get off my lawn!! Just yell clean up this trash!

 

People are stuck at home and realize all the crap they want to change about it and there's some guys flat out trying to landscape their yards to keep their kids out of their hair. I spruced up my home office last weekend since I'm spending so much time in there while working from home.

 

My truck is officially for sale.

You sure, you have a house now, having a truck bed will have all kinds of uses that the Caddy and Lexi just aren't going to work for.

Always rentals.... I've been known to rent a trailer when I had a need, but no truck bed.

But I wonder how many loader buckets of bark mulch you can dump into a Caddy trunk?

You should be good. I've hauled tons of gravel in my 4R and with the seats folded there isn't much I've had to move that wouldn't fit in there.

 

Stop enabling him! I want to see bulk gravel, sand, & mulch in the Caddy trunk.

 

Hey I’m not sure how much Truk talk still goes on in this thread haha, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a good shop that can install a lift for me (that won’t cost an arm and a leg). It’s a pretty simple Eibach stage 1 kit, but I wanted to see if I could see how much an install would be before splashing out on all the materials needed to complete the job. Thanks! If y’all need toilet paper lmk, HEB worker here
