Credit unions are best for person loans. Just make sure whatever you're buying is not over blue book. Then put that truck/car as collateral. Done!

I’m with navy federal credit union thanks to the wife and gah damn it’s the worst bank to get a loan through. Capital one has been the MVP for all my vehicles. Much much much better interest rates and customer service. Just not many banks do loans for a private sale apparently

 

See way. Costco has theirs at 4.50? Walmart is cheaper at 3.40?

 

I was just going to ignore that part of his reply lol everyone is in different financial situations in life. Nothing wrong with getting small loans you can pay back IMO

 

You can still open an account with any other credit union of your choice

I didn’t expect the number they offered me. I went to Carmax 4 months ago and they offered $17k. Said fuck no. I’ll keep it. Put money into it. Got curious. Went to a dealer and they offered $23k. I paid $21k for it 2 years and 50k miles ago. I had some negative rollover added to it from the dodge but still.
I tossed em the keys and walked home.

 

Used car market is freakin' nuts right now. Can sell high but then if you need to replace it..... high for that to.

 

No lie. I’ll try to wait a bit for it to drop. If not then I’ll get me a temporary driver for like 8-10k and get me something better after this shit is all over with

Yes it is. We traded my 2018 Taco on our 2021 F-150 and the dealer listed it for over $33K

 

I got a 92 toyota short bed.....
