Houston area (along with DB's not from Houston) BS thread

We have 2 other family vehicles between the wife’s rig and mother in laws. So I just needed enough room for a car seat if needed and something he can ride in in the future. I’ve wanted a FJ for every bit of 5-6 years so I’m hoping this is something that stays in my name for a long time. I keep the ones I really love. I had the taco for 5-6 years until I flopped it and the runner is going on 3+ years and no plans on selling anytime soon

 

If I hate this thing then I’m going to be highly upset and probably give up on Toyota. It better be as cool as they look

 

after the honeymoon phase with it we’ll see.

Hahahaha aye!!! They are in Hampton. They aren’t ours but we made a stop in them to get something. We stay across the water in VB.

 

I forget the name of the place, but the street we were on was Antiqua Bay. But small world.

plus I’ve started a side business designing and machining custom knife handles. Im going to invest more into this business now that I don’t have a car payment.

With the way the market is right now lots of people are. A friend of mine sold his 100K mile V2 that needed some paint love for $35K and had a buyer within a few minutes. Verified the banking info and transport was arranged to pick the car up 2 days later.

 

It's part of why I traded my Taco in on my F-150. Car prices in general are high right now.
