so is it worth it to swap out the e-locker for a mechanical or air locker? dan and i were talking about doing the anytime elocker mod that's floating around TW.

 

Pre Runnners come factory with elocker anytime.

 

If a 8" can be converted go 8" elocker, then the same would go the other way. Would take some welding but you could fit a 8" arb or 8"mechanical locker into it.

 

Was simply stating that going 8.4 wouldn't be the only option in order to put a arb into his axle

 

Alright guys give me some opinions. I have 900 to spend and I'm wondering what I should do next. I have ome coils n shocks with an aal in the back. Koenig 6 shooters and toyota at's 285/75/17s. Ultragauge. Fumoto drain valve. Weathertech floor liners

It's Houston in general, my bros jetta got broken on two downtown then a few days later my dad's Silverado got robbed as well.

 

I did the Grey wire mod in my first gen for an anytime locker. Never was able to take full advantage of our till I did a 2wd low mod though. Then again I have a manual so that might make a difference.

and BIG jon, my DB stepbrother works for APD. names david burd. avoid him at all costs, but there are a few cool ones there. they definitely profile the shit out of people. group of 4 mexicans was walking down hwy 6 by joes in front of the crossfit gym and apd stopped them and split them up, following one with their lights on. they aren't as bad as santa fe though.
