toss a 2x4 between the axle and drum to hold the axles out on each side and it would have been easy to do with one person. just have to unbolt the hard lines from the axle so they can stretch as needed when you pull on the axles.

 

They don't make a Detroit Diesel 2 Stroke Jon Boat motor......

It's common actually very common wartsila is one of the largest Diesel engine manufactures in the world

if it's a small detroit it's gonna be like a 50 series still probably puts out too much for you

 

Yeah, I might be able to turbo my V6 with that 50 series though

I could probably score a Mazdaspeed3 factory turbo in very good shape if you've got some cash.

Or you can take that as a sign that I don't like you. I kid. Either way, yall are welcome to come out. We are taking the Lemon's car to cars and coffee then heading up to TORR around 9 for tomfoolery. if you're reading this, you're welcome to come, but i'm warning you, we've been threatened with a land rover evoque (or whatever - the one designed by victoria beckham), some jeeps of variable driving experience and and capability, and possibly a lifted subaru outback. come at your own discretion. pm me for the details.

 

I probably should have guessed they make diesels, but the only Wartsilas I'm familiar with are the bunker fuel ones i.e. power plants for freighters, tankers, and the like.
