I devirginized my tow strap on Saturday.

The Family and I were chillin, when I looked over and seen a Ford with boogie boards under the rear wheels. A couple of Beeches (that's for you Bz3r0) had buried the rear end trying to get out. So after she waved down the popo and they drove off, I asked her if she needed help. I hooked her up, yanked her out and she was on her way. Took all of 2 seconds.

I'm down for throwin some grub on a grill if anyone brings one. I'll bring a folding table so we don't have to eat off a tailgate.

Sounds like I'll be rolling in at Bucee's around 6:45 to caravan to our spot on the beach. Any requests on things to be brought as far as eats/drinks? I'll be bringing some soda/beer and such. Sounds like most of the burn things have been covered... (hot dogs/brats/whatnot). Chips/dip? any suggestions?

 

Got my schedule, didn't get my day off, so I'm out

Dammit, if I can't find a reasonably priced portable charcoal grill I'm not going to the meet! Nah, kidding. I'll just bring the regular one if not. I want one of those fold flat notebook ones but everywhere thats shows to have them don't when you show up to purchase.

 

I can bring my portable grill as back up.

We'll have a dog/beer for you Winne. you could always call in sick, jk. We'll have another meet in your honor.

Bz, bring whatever you feel like. I'm sure it will be consumed with the rest.

So it seems that most people will be getting there around 7-8 or so, I am curious as to when people are planning on leaving?

 

depends on the turnout and weather, but I'm thinking sometime between 3 and 4pm.

I'd stay longer if I didn't have relatives in town visiting.

 

I haven't even really checked the weather for Saturday yet.

Haha yes it will, hopefully if it rains it won't make it too difficult to get around in my Prerunner.

 

Actually it might make it better, as it would help pack down some of the sand. I went out there about a month ago and with 4x4 I got stuck in some really dry powdery stuff. sucked, but at least a jeep pulled me out and not some chevy or ford.
