The poll on this thread has been updated! Please be sure to select 1 of the 3 options so we can get a headcount.

Now that the date is set, I did contact the brewery to see what they suggest. Its open to the public and both the Restaurant and The Biergarten (Beer Garden) are on a first come first serve basis. However, we can book/reserve as an event if needed and reasonable.

Email Response From Brewery on Events
    _____________________________________
    Hello Brett,
Thank you for reaching out! For group reservations in the biergarten, we do require a food and beverage minimum, plus deposit in place. So for smaller group gatherings I don’t recommend making a formal reservation. If you arrive around 11 or 12pm on a Saturday you should have no problem grabbing a few tables in the biergarten for your party.
In case you are interested in making a formal reservation, I have included our event packet with more information on rates and menu offerings.

    ClownLounge: Capacity - 32 People | Weekend Pricing - 3 hours $1250
    HopadilloHall: Capacity - 96 People | Weekend Pricing - 3 hours $1750
    TheBiergarten: Capacity 25-2000 | Weekend Pricing 3 hours $500

    ______________________________________

So, we will take her advice and just show up at 11am-12 and grab up some tables in The Biergarten under the covered patio.

    The Biergarten: <website link
A great outdoor space to hang out with your four legged friends (yes pet friendly) and play some games. Biergarten packages are available for purchase and include a glass for you to take home with you!
    Packages:
    9oz. Glass +4 Beer Tokens - $12
    16oz. Glass +3 Beer Tokens - $17
    Saturday: 11am-11pm

The Restaurant & Patio: <website link
Karbach Restaurant + Patio delivers a brewery and dining experience unlike anywhere else. The Karbach culinary team has created a menu of dynamic, world-class cuisine that just so happens to pair really freaking well with beer! Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner!
    Saturday: 11am-11pm

Here is the layout of the area. @beetlevegas and I agreed that Parking Area 2 is going to probably be the best spot for us all to park.

LOL Its not this Saturday! We haven't selected a date yet. You gotta read through it a bit more. It will be August or September.

LOL no worries man, I get it. When you have time go pick a date! Would love to get as many of the TTC community out as possible. It should be a great time and a chance to meet and check out some cool trucks.

Remember there is a poll at the top to get a date narrowed down.

Selecting Yes or No, and suggesting a date, is kinda illogical, especially for those of us that are out of town. That combo only works for someone who can make every Saturday you have on the list...

Yeah, essentially the idea is to choose 1 or 2 dates so that we all can see the most preferred and try and make that date happen. Then based on that date, folks can choose the yes no option for a firm head count. Sorry for the confusion.

No worries, I'm just a fan of logic; sometimes to my detriment in the work world!

LOL yeah, the feelings mutual. Sometimes its hard to capture everything you need in a single post when trying to gather information and still make it logical. Could also be my lack of intelligence I suppose

I'm not aware of any weekend plans for @trekker and I in August - so I think we would be in for any dates! I'm less sure about Sept, as we could be out of town at least one weekend - but not sure which one yet.

The sooner a date is picked- the sooner we can commit though!
