    Every time I see someone in one of those power chairs in the store just because they don't want to walk I think of that movie. Even when I had a broken ankle or sprained knee I never used those chairs because I was too damn stubborn and kept flashing back to that movie.

    I was doing deadlifts with a buddy the other week and after a few reps he looked at me and goes, "Did you screw up your back?" Apparently the right and left side muscles fire at different times but I can't notice the difference.

    I'm currently not allowed to do deadlifts and squats per doctors order but I do it with light weight. Even with just the bar I pay the price for it. Having a cane is nice...

    my theory is build the supporting muscles slowly but doesn't seem to work since my hip shifts and pinches the nerves. I haven't done legs or a dead lift in a long time I'm just saying every now and then I try in hopes it gets better.
