    Most basic HC rears are between 650 to 1000 from what I've seen, and then up to 2k for options. I'd say you're pretty close on price for an "unknown" product - maybe need to be near 500 for your first couple and then increase as they get used and proven.

    I'm nervous about going from a known high quality product like my ATO to an unknown DerpWerx rear... but am willing to take the risk if the price is right.

    Call them and talk to them. Be honest with them and offer/take payment plan. Once they sell the debt to a third party collector, they basically get nothing... So there is a damned good chance they'll work with you.
