    how you do it will vary depending on the construction of the bumper. i use some 4'' gussets with holes in them, and was able to bolt the plug to on of the holes on the rear, angled gusset.

    these are the gussets. it is attached on the driver's side, and sits just behind the hitch pin hole. no interference with the pin

    not at the moment. that's my personal bumper, and i haven't decided if i want to start building bumpers for Overland Off-Road. bumpers are kind of a pain in the butt to build without a jig (compared to racks). and with so many other companies with bumpers out there, i'm not sure if it would be worth if for me to take away from rack building for bumpers. but i may still build some rears in the future, nothing's for sure......
