    check out florida if you want the definition of easy. bring your title and insurance card to the DMV, pay the fee, and wait for your single licesnse plate to come in the mail. no yearly anything, and they don't even look at your car the first time........

    worst I ever had was Marlyand... those guys are a pain in the ass.... it's only a 1 time inspection but it's ridiculous.

    I was in the process of buying Kevin's (ATO Kevin) 07 Tacoma back in ~2010 when he first listed it for sale. I lived in MD and he was in VA. MD wouldn't pass the truck with the bumpers on the truck - both the front and rear HC...

    I was soooo pissed.

    ya, you're truck will not pass in MD... guaranteed.

    I even tried going to sketchy shops and they said no f'ing way. If you work near the PA line, live in PA - their inspection process is not easy but not like MD.
