    trust me im trying. i've applied at so many places in the past week im considering just quitting altogether and going back to school full time but i know that would put alot of stress on my parents and the lady so im trying to weigh my options..right now as far as modding my truck im thinkin i wanna get rid of the tonneau in trade for a shell since i sometimes need the space and would still like a somewhat secure cover along with the added choice of being able to camp in my truck

    that's generally how most of the higher paying jobs are... be it overseas contracting, refineries, etc...

    but Biscuits hit it on the head, even if its not the best paying job in the world, but you enjoy it, makes it worth it in the end. i was making just shy of 200k/year but i had to put up with a shit job in a shit country... do i miss seeing the paychecks? yes, but the management was terrible, the mission sucked, the equipment was sheisty at best, and i was getting blown up on the regular...

    i'll stick to funemployment and being able to go do stupid shit with my friends and family.

    Weigh the pros and cons of going to school full time. Talk to your folks. Talk to your girl. If it's something you're dead serious about then it will happen one way or another. Might have to eat ramen for four years but it'll pay off. Trust me.
