    Yeah any medical supply store will have both. Thats where my mom picks up all of her stuff for work. I've seen them before at a couple Walgreens also but that was awhile ago so not sure anymore.

    I spread the leafs apart and replaced those plastic friction pads with a cut piece of bicycle inner tube. It stopped my squeaks. A good cleaning can't hurt either.

    15 minutes. Jack up your truck put it on jack stand and let the axle drop then I took a chisel and spread the leafs and slid the inner tube in.

    I also used the little white spacer that was there before to keep it in place.

    Also clean next to the c clips. Mine were caked in crap
