    Dennis and Lyndall got it. swaybar endlinkes bolted to the spindle and zip tied in place. only two reasons i could think they are there is either he wanted the swaybar off and they the links seized in the spindle, so they can't come off (easily), or that he wanted to temporarily remove the swaybar, and thought it'd be easier to unbolt at the bar, not the spindle.

    only reason i say it's bad is because if that little zip tie breaks or comes undone, you could very easily blow a tire when the link swings into the tire.
