Cause insurance isn't paying for aftermarket parts. but you are allowed to take any parts of, if you replace then

 

They aren't going to pay for the aftermarket suspension. That's almost 4 grand out the door.

 

Ahhh, now it's clear, I didn't realize they were aftermarket parts, though just stock parts that got trashed and trying to make it driveable again.
