    In the middle of Archery practice yesterday I forgot to keep my elbow bent and I slapped my forearm pretty bad with my bow string. Agh!!! With a 70lb draw bow it left a nice welt.

    It sucks. I've taken about 300 shots with my bow in past few weeks and then out of now where I forget to keep my elbow bent.
