    Going good all things considered I missed and epic bird strike with a flock appererntly it was a T-1 and I got stuck in the elevator so I ate lunch in there but ARF got me out.:anonymous:

    I think it's closer than 5 minutes. More like 2-3 minutes.

    we’ve been busier than I’ve ever experienced in all my years in this profession. That’s good for a students and CFI’s but everyone is wondering about their career progress since all the layoffs are coming up supposedly.

    It's pretty rough out there right now. Offshore, only the most senior pilots are working and many of them have been moved down to smaller aircraft to fill the furlough voids. That means onshore jobs have been replaced by offshore pilots with heavy logbooks. When the gulf finally does open back up, it's going to get flooded again by guys like me. But all the pilots that came back on shore will stay where they are, clogging up the entire industry.

    The next few years are really going to suck.
