    Seems I herp'd when I should have derp'd

Can't swap over to the 4.70:1 gears, it's a chain driven case :frusty:

    That's annoying.

Darn, guess I have to get that krawlbawkse now.

Yea me too. Still swapping in the FJ case and twin sticks, but I was really looking forward to the 4.70:1.

Unfortunately Dave Offroad doesn't make the twin sticks for a chain drive case anymore either. So cancelled that order. Gonna have to go with a style I'm not particularly fond of.

But that's confusing me a bit because the kit specifically says Toyota and the 21/23 splines are Taco and FJ... I need to read more I guess...

Yeah that wouldve been really awesome, especially when you could pair it with a crawl box later on..

Any idea what toyoters have that kinda tcase? I guess thats what i meant to ask. I thought most all toyota cases were chain driven

Yeah i remember reading this too. The distinction between 21/23 splines indicates they "should" work with the 5spd auto or 6MT like we have. Let me know if you learn any more on this, its got me curious now
