Yeah my DS moves more than PS, but not as much as yours I don’t think. Mine has some wear and will be getting the ECGS but it’s not bad enough I’m going to worry about it yet.

Got a few things done today.

Tires were balanced and rotated. I had the guys at Discount Tire (@Discount Tire Direct) break the bead and throw a bag of Dynabeads in. I said screw it after I did the first tire. I needed a rebalance anyway.

If you're determined to install the beads yourself, pull the tire, lay it flat, pull the valve core, break the bead and just toss the entire bag in. Don't even worry about opening it. If you can't break the bed, loop some fine string around the nipple, loosen the TPMS, and lower it slowly into the tire. Then using the applicator, pour the beads in. After the first tire, I was not excited about doing the rest. Like I said, they needed to be rebalanced anyway.

After work I got a fresh alignment. Here's the before

Thought the tech was going to melt my clutch getting it up there so I got him to put it in 4lo. He still cooked it.

    :bananadead:

    Here's the after

    75AABC4F-2939-40E1-80B0-A8D8D06EF574.jpg

    Close enough!

Truck is back to driving like it's on rails again. No more wandering, no more pulling! I'm good with that.

    Also

I think I'm going to change up the CB I had planned to use in the truck.

I have this waiting to install

I think I'll switch over to this

Mic is removable and plugs in with a cat-5. I'll hide the base and hide a female plug out of sight for the mic.

    Mark's (@LostHusker) install is cleeeeeeean

I'd like to do something similar.

That'll have to wait BECAUSE JAMBO!

Stay tuned for more clips from Moab as well. Trying to edit a video down to some highlights but my spare time has been limited lately.

Jambo pics and vids to follow.

    You stay classy

Wasn't thinking after my alignment yesterday. I'd been there for a couple hours and was ready to roll. I need a bit more caster cuz

    That's on level ground

    And that's under mild compression.

And had a great time hanging out at camp after hours and tearing it up on the trails. Really looking forward to next year. I didn't take many pics, but here is a link to the ones I did. I'm hoping others will have some good pics of me to steal.

Hey guys, I'm thinking about building a swing out for my bumper but I need some better reference material to build off of. Those of you with swing outs, could you post up some pics of your carrier, please? I'd likely pics of the whole thing, own and closed and some close ups of the latch and the spindle. Thanks!

I found a bunch of scrap 1/4" steel stock I'm going to practice some beads on. Including this little gem
