oh it will be replaced. unfortunately on a tight budget and don't go out to eat already but that is what savings is for. It would just be awesome if i could get it replaced by discount tire with my road hazard warranty. probably just gonna go down the hill on Saturday and see what they have to say.

What I'm going to offer here is not advice, just an observation. The full verbiage of the road hazard warranty (and exclusions) can be found here: https://www.discounttire.com/customer-service/certificates. Of particular note is the following:
    Conditions and Exclusions
Non-commercial service includes use by the owner in his/her regular trade or business but excludes commercial truck, racing, off-the-highway, taxi, limousine, or similar service.

If, between now and Saturday, you had forgotten the circumstances surrounding the cut in the sidewall and just noticed it when you were coming out of King Soopers the other day, you may be in a better position. You'll want the truck to be clean....to...uh.....make it easier to see the issue.

    Good luck!

I've been wheeling on these tires with cuts in them. Load range E kevlar reinforced sidewalls. I am getting replacements today though. Just noticed the cuts two weekends ago. Not sure how long they've been there and I'm usually at 10psi off-road. I'm going to ask Discount Tire what they think about it today.

All I did was go in and ask them to come look at the tire mentioned that I had the road hazard warranty at first they said it was fine I mentioned that I had two little boys and wanted to make sure it was safe and what I should be looking for and that's when they offered to replace it. I was even honest and said I was out for a drive with the family and the dogs which is true and I don't know exactly what happened. I absolutely love Discount Tire and the service they provide I have been a long-time customer as well as my father and they have now once again proven to me why I am a lifer with Discount Tire and I recommend them to anybody

I got the one tire replaced under warranty and paying for the other three. His criteria was that if he could see the kevlar then it qualifies.
